Legislative Update: American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 Signed Into Law, Guidance for Flores Clients & Partners Forthcoming

On March 11, 2021, President Biden signed the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (the "Act") into law. Included in this legislation are several items of importance to employers, including provisions related to COBRA and Dependent Care FSA.

Our team is working diligently to determine the impact on these plans and to implement required process changes to accommodate requirements of the Act.
