Flores1 was born from our organization’s sincere concern about the well-being of its employees. The Flores1 committee was conceived with the goal of creating ideas, implementing best practices and enhancing the overall work life experience at Flores. Flores1 is comprised of employees from each department to ensure all voices are heard, and these employees meet monthly to brainstorm on ways to enrich our culture. Flores1 is responsible for employee recognition programs, birthday celebrations, showers for special life events and other social activities throughout the year along with making suggestions to improve the work life of our entire staff. Simply put our goal is to create a Better Us.
