I was worried that being a small fish instead of the being with one of my prior larger employers I would see a decline in service levels. That definitely has not been the case – in fact I think they may be even better. I have been in this “game” for over 30 years and it’s rare to come across such a consistent and remarkable level of service.

The Flores site is already so much more user friendly than the last site we used. It's been a piece of cake to navigate.
