Charlotte, NC – June 30, 2023 – Flores & Associates LLC (Flores), a premier provider of employer-sponsored reimbursement plans and compliance services, is pleased to announce it has acquired Group Dynamic LLC (GDI), a highly regarded administrator of account-based, pre-tax employee benefits and compliance administration based in Falmouth, Maine.
