Do you need to process mass terminations or furloughs?
Many employers are making difficult decisions during these uncertain economic times. We want to make the COBRA process as easy as possible for employers and their impacted employees. We can accept files with bulk entry information (a file format will be provided) and process high volumes of Qualifying Event (QE) notices and Direct Bill entries to get important information to impacted employees quickly.
Do you wish to subsidize all or a portion of COBRA or Direct Bill payments for impacted employees?
Our proprietary system was built to accommodate a variety of payment arrangements and subsidies. Employers can choose to subsidize all or a portion of COBRA or Direct Bill coverage. Our Employer Web Portal and file layouts have entry fields for both the amount the employer wishes to subsidize, as well as the date they wish for the subsidy to end to provide maximum flexibility.
Do you have concern about the COBRA or Direct Bill experience for impacted employees?

We also offer an intuitive Participant Web Portal and Mobile app where participants can elect or cancel coverage, make online payments, view invoices, email their account manager and more.
