New Model COBRA Notices
May 1, 2020 - On May 1, 2020, the Department of Labor (DOL) released updated COBRA model notices along with a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page. The updated notices are intended to provide additional guidance for Medicare-eligible COBRA Qualified Beneficiaries.
