Flores & Associates, LLC announces new SMS and IVR technology
Flores & Associates enhances participant experience with the addition of two new ways to access account balances
Charlotte, NC – February 1, 2017 – Flores & Associates, LLC, a leading national administrator of consumer-directed health (CDH) plans, announced today the latest addition to their proprietary suite of technology, Short Message Service (SMS) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) notification tools.
SMS notification will allow plan participants to use their cellular devices to text “BALANCE” to
(888) 586-3994 and receive an update by text of their current year account balance(s). IVR will allow plan participants to call the same number and follow a brief series of prompts to receive their current year balance(s). The IVR technology will be available for plans utilizing the Flores debit card platform and SMS notifications will be available for FSA, Transit and HRA balance accounts. These options are in addition to the existing tools available to all plan participants, including the E-Receipt app and participant website, www.flores247.com.
